Jason Noel comes to CEO Warrior as a Master Advisor and a customer service oriented servant leader, with 20+ years in leadership in the home services industry. He orchestrated increasing revenues and expanding margins for 3 separate companies in the Indianapolis area ranging from $3million to $30million by implementing multiple effective processes.
He is married with three grown children, loves to spend time camping and boating with his family. When asked what his “WHY” is… To make my family proud every day and be their role model. I also love helping and coaching people to strive toward their dreams.
Kevin has had 20+ years in the service industry. His last 10 were in home services with positions as Sales Manager, Operations Manager, GM and owner. He has served as an active member in the CEO Warrior world since 2016. As a Warrior, his team proudly received the $5Million, $7Million and $10Million dollar belts.
Kevin is passionate about serving at the highest level to help people get better, drive processes, improve efficiencies and increase profit. Kevin says: “I am only as good as the actions that are taken by the people that I serve but I WILL ultimately hold you accountable to be your very best you can be for you and your work families.”
A Warrior first, Eric Corbett began his journey at CEO Warrior in 2017. After much success with business growth, he exited his business and has now become one of our cherish Master Advisors.’
Celia joins the CEO Warrior team as a specialist in Technology & Automation. During her time in the home service industry, she has gained vital knowledge on software solutions.
Prior to joining CEO Warrior, Celia worked in various office roles such as dispatch, office management, and software/data analyst. She has a passion for teaching business leaders how to use technology to automate processes, improve efficiency, and generate revenue. Celia has two children, two dogs, and a cat.
Sandy Papavero has been a Master and Growth Advisor for CEO Warrior since January 2022. She has a long and successful history of helping home service companies develop highly effective sales and leadership strategies.
A certified life and mindset coach with a specialty in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), Papavero aids in replacing old belief systems with what is achievable in business and personal life. During her career, she spent time as a sales consultant for well-known training gurus – Tony Robbins and Chet Holmes.
Caroline joined CEO Warrior back in 2015 as the Operations Manager while working for Gold Medal Service with its original founders. With an extensive background in client development that began in Manhattan’s Wall Street Financial District she quickly ascended to the Director of Business Development and Community assisting clients throughout their membership journey while consistently building the CEO Warrior brand.
Over the years, Caroline has developed and grown the Strategic Partnership program that encompasses over 75 of the top industry manufacturers in the home service industry and provides rebate money paid back to the members. Caroline also manages the Event Team which coordinates and oversees all trainings both at their NJ Headquarters and around the US. When she is not representing CEO Warrior at industry trade shows she can be found enjoying time with her husband and four children.
From 2011 to 2017, Jim was the Director of Admin. and In-house Counsel for Gold Medal Service. It was during this time CEO Warrior was born. Jim is one of the original Master Advisors and has remained active since.
With CEO Warrior, he combines his years of coaching at CEO Warrior with over two decades of practicing law to bring a unique perspective and skillset to the Warrior Family.
