Use “voiceshots” to connect with your leads.
A voiceshot is a marketing message that your leads and/or customers get from you… in your voice… when they answer the phone.
But here’s the thing: you don’t have to call them individually! With a voiceshot, you simply record once and it goes out to all your leads and customers at the push of a button!
(IMPORTANT NOTE: Make sure you follow all local laws about who to contact and how to contact them. Talk to your attorney to make sure this strategy will work for you in your area.)
All you need is some voiceshot software, the list of people you want to receive the message, and a script.

Voiceshot software: There are many different kinds of voiceshot software options out there; you just need to find the right one that works for you. A basic internet search will help you find one that’s right for you.
The list of people you want to receive the message: Very easy! Just run a list in your database, grab the phone numbers of the people you want to receive the message, and download it. (You’ll probably upload that list to the voiceshot software, although the exact steps depend on who you’ll use.)
A voiceshot script: Here are two voiceshot scripts that you can use. I’ve written a seasonal one you can use right now, as well as a generic one you can use any time of year. (Of course you’ll need to adjust these according to your own specific details…
Voiceshot script #1 (seasonal).
Hi, it’s [your name] from [your company]. Just wanted to wish you and your family a very happy holiday season. [your company] is holding a very special promotion: you can get $50 off any duct cleaning service scheduled between now and March. Simply book now to save. And, if you’re one of the first 50 people to call, we’ll even send you a holiday gift basic for free! Just call us now at [phone number].
Voiceshot script #2 (generic).
Hi, it’s [your name] from [your company]. I was just thinking about you and your family and had an idea to make your home safer and more comfortable: [your company] is holding a very special promotion: Save $100 when you book an HVAC system check-up in the next 3 months. And if you’re one of the first 100 people to call, we’ll even throw in a dinner for two at one of our favorite local restaurants. Just call us now at [phone number].
Again, simply get the software, upload your list, and record your voiceshot, and press send. It’s that easy to send out a powerful, effective message to your audience right now!
