Speaker 1: I was looking for a coach, because I knew that I needed help to grow. I knew I couldn’t do it myself, and I needed help. I didn’t know what I didn’t know. I narrowed my search down to a couple different coaches, and I found Mike on the internet, and looked through his resources that he has on his website. I had a phone conversation with him. After a half hour on the phone, I was sold, and we signed up right away.

I’m a one-man shop. I’ve been in business six months. I want to grow quick. I know that I can grow, but I want to grow quick, and I want to do it right. I want to do it with the least amount of headaches possible. The best way to do that is to mimic somebody else. Mike has done that very quickly. I know there was lots of coaches that have grown multi-million dollar businesses, but Mike did it very quickly, in ten years. I’m learning a lot. A lot of things I didn’t think I needed to learn. Mainly leadership things. I’m learning that that is the most important, or one of the most important things, to really grow the business.

I think the style of delivery is good, because he’s not afraid to shake you up and get you outside your comfort zone. The environment that he creates, it makes you want to be completely honest with yourself, and that’s what you need to do to have the best results. He’s completely candid, but he makes it fun, too. He’s not just pounding information down your throat. He makes you interact, or he inspires you to interact, and that’s really producing great results for me.

If I were to monetize the value that I’ve gotten within this day-and-a-half, it would usually be in the millions of dollars of added revenue to my pocket. Then there’s all the intangibles that you can’t put a price on, that are just priceless. Things like building a company culture and walking around the office here … It’s one thing for a person to talk about company culture, and I’ve read about company culture, but coming in here, walking around, seeing it in action, and seeing how important that is, that really is priceless.

Speaker 2: Yeah. Mike doesn’t tell you, or say anything, that he doesn’t try himself, or have done, or is doing. He’s just not talking about it, he’s doing what he’s asking of us.

Speaker 1: I think the biggest excuse with most people is that the time commitment, or the money commitment, it’s going to be one of the two. If you look at the big picture, it’s four days, and the money commitment is fractional. This doesn’t cost millions of dollars, and I’m already a day-and-a-half in, and it’s … I can already see, as long as I put it into action, millions of dollars worth of results. Is four days worth millions of dollars to you? It might only be worth 500 grand to you. Is four days worth 500 grand to you? Some people in here are saying it’s worth 70 million to them. Others are saying it’s worth a million to them. I think most people can agree, it’s already paid for it’s investment in money and time, and we’re only on a day-and-a-half.

Speaker 2: We knew right away we should come and not wait. That’s one of the things he talks about, is don’t hesitate, take action.

Speaker 1: It’s been a phenomenal experience. I’ve been through a lot of personal development trainings and coaching programs. This has blown them all away. It’s not even close.

I was looking into three different coaches. The other two, they didn’t even get back to me right away. With Mike, the first thing that caught my attention, he got back to me right away, or his assistant did. I had my phone call with him, and I knew within like two minutes of talking to him that he was the guy. The main thing that did it for me was his integrity. I’m real big about integrity. He showed up on the phone call on time. After we got off the phone call, he told me he was going to do something, and I hadn’t paid him any money yet, and he did that thing. He went out of his way to do it for me. Just to … That really made me feel comfortable with working with him.

If you’ve got a ten million dollar company, you could blow it up into a hundred million dollar company. With these strategies that Mike has, there’s no limit. You can blow something up and turn it into huge.

All these culture type things that Mike teaches, and communications strategies … A lot of people don’t necessarily think how that affects the bottom line. I think these bigger guys come in here, and they’ve seen the culture, and the leadership strategies, and they see how that directly affects the bottom line. Another great thing is, you could take these strategies, and this mindset, and these leadership skills that we’ve learned, and communication skills, and you could apply it to any business, really. If you want to go and … You could turn your company into a billion dollar business. You could use this for a restaurant, or any kind of service business, I think.

Just, sign up right now. Don’t think about it, and just do it, because if you don’t do it, and you wait, then these things book up quick. I was lucky to get in. It was already full, and they made … I was the final exception, and I’m extremely happy for that, because I would have had to wait for the next one.

The investment is fractional. You’ve got to look at it as a return on your investment. What’s this costing you, compared to what it’s going to make you? It’s a no brainer. It’s going to make you millions, hundreds of millions of dollars.

Really, it’s almost a priceless type thing. You can’t … It’s hard to put a price tag on it, of what I’ve gained out of it, and what I’m going to continue to gain through working with Mike in the future. I’ve made the decision I’m going to continue to work with Mike through his warrior program, and I can’t wait for that. That’s going to really blow it up.
