I am by myself, but I cannot wait to send my husband back and my manager back to experience the exact same system. It was unbelievable. There's no way for me to download it. They have to come and experience it. That's a huge question. We have many challenges. It seems like every time you fix one challenge, something new sprouts out somewhere else. I was excited to come and meet Mike and work with Mike because he's actually been in the trenches and done exactly what we're doing and grown the company exactly the way that we wanted to. I like the idea of interacting with someone who has actually been there and done it. He lives it, Mike lives it. His commitment and his passion and his commitment to helping people improve is just second to none. That makes him really special, and it makes the experience really special.
There's lots of great coaches out there. I've had wonderful coaching experiences in a variety of different places, but Mike is unique. His strategy is unique, and he condenses a lot of information in a short amount of time. Love seeing Gold Medal, love, love love it. It has been such a treat to see the energy of the employees here and to see their enthusiasm and to really get to feel the culture that has developed here. It was also really gratifying for me to see how the operation really works nitty gritty-wise. I got to talk to a dispatcher. I got to see how they managed their parts and their call center. It's been very helpful for me. It was great. That made it very special. To have it here was really part of the big draw. To come here and spend 4 days at Gold Medal was a big part of the draw and attraction for me. That's also part of why I can't wait to have other people who I work with come here because they can see what I'm seeing. It's hard to explain everything.
This is different. It turns up the heat, and it's a higher level of intensity. It's very, a lot of practical application I can apply immediately. I feel that there's a lot of personalized one-on-one. Mike digs into what really ails you and is going to help you find your own solutions. I don't want them to come. It was hard. It was real hard for me to come here financially and time-wise. I believe in growth. For me, anything like this is a big investment that's going to help skyrocket us. I feel like we've been growing like this and attending this, I can really ratchet it up and accelerate our growth. I would say that I've gotten way more than my money's worth out of it. I've certainly gotten, I know everybody wants to say millions of dollars, but I think this is going to really accelerate our growth tremendously. I have to go home and implement it, but I think that it's going to be phenomenal.
I told my manager and my husband they have to come because it's going to affect us on every level, and it's going to really skyrocket us to the next level. It's all about leadership, it's all about leadership. There's so much information here but in the end it all comes down to leadership and fixing our leadership problems, I think, is the crux of everybody's issue. There's more focus on leadership here than anywhere else I've ever experienced. It's great. You can't go wrong.
