I actually ran across his book through Service Roundtable and I read the book, just fell in love with it, it's couple of months ago, and I wanted more, so I started doing research and it led me here. Just implementation, getting to that next level has been the biggest challenge, bringing everybody with me, creating the culture, creating the vision has been the biggest challenge. Everything, it's all great, very excited. The culture is what stands out. One of the biggest things is how he creates the culture and that's just a driving force that can't be stopped, and he's taught me how to create that culture, and I'm excited about how implement it. How to use video to take your company to the next level, the processes, the systems you put in place, the marketing, everything. All of it's good.
He's passionate about it. It's obvious he's passionate about it. He has energy about it. He's done it. There's just no question that he's the one to follow if you're going to follow anybody and want to get where you're going. He's been been there, he's doing it, he's living it. There's no question being here, you just couldn't get the same effect being in a hotel or somewhere outside, so coming here being able to see his people, his organization, everything that he's got here is eye-opening and stuff that I won't forget and I'll take back with me and implement.
My goal is to reach 20 million, and so if he gets me there, then it's worth 20 million. There's no question, so that's my goal and I don't think there's any doubt. The only thing that will keep me from doing it would be myself. I would think mostly just procrastination. People are comfortable where they are. You're going to get outside your comfort zone, you've got to … if you want to do and be, then you've got to make yourself grow and force yourself to do things you might not normally do, so that's easy to be complacent and stay in your comfort zone and not do stuff.
I'd say get off your butt and get out there and get after it. There's no reason not to in my mind. Some people may be comfortable where they're at and that's fine, but if you want to be successful, you want to grow a business, then this is the place to be.
