They come back for more. This customer is the core of your 20 percent because they are loyal. In their eyes, you are credible and trustworthy to do additional work. Deliver exceptional customer service, and they will hire you for repeat jobs every time.
They appreciate what you do. This customer doesn’t go running for the biggest sale they can find. They value your worth and are willing to pay the price for quality work. Their appreciation is shown through loyalty and word-of-mouth advertising.
