Really the biggest one is probably the excuses, the reasons why we can’t succeed. Putting those things to rest and realizing that that’s really what they are, they’re just excuses. That, and there’s been some culture issues. We’ve been trying to really change the culture around there, making it more of a fun place to work. Starting to abide by the core values that we’ve adopted as well. Yeah. It’s been a big help. It’s something that we had identified as issues before we found Mike, and since we found this, it’s really started to help and I think it’s going to continue.
For me, it’s perfect, because I’m the kind of guy who … I’ve always been the type of person that I’m going to tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. That’s what I love about Mike. He’s going to tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. It’s not all go give everybody raises and raise your price and everything’s going to get better. He tells you, like he says, the painful truths. I think that’s what everybody needs to hear. I’m totally on board with it.
To be able to come here and see it in action. You can go to trainings anywhere in the world. That’s one thing I’ve always said to myself. This guy’s a trainer, he’s going to train me and tell me how to run my business, but he doesn’t have one … If it was that easy, why isn’t he doing it and making millions of dollars? Well, nobody can say that to Mike, because he is doing it and he is making millions of dollars. He’s doing both. I think that’s a huge benefit to the CEO Warrior group.
Oh, you know, that’s just another guy, another consultant that wants to take my money and tell me how to do what I already know how to do. They’re just kidding themselves is really what they’re doing. I can see where they might feel that way, because there are some people out there, there are some organizations that do that very thing, but when you can come here and, like we just talked about, you can see it in action, that’s not what this is. This is for real. Anybody that’s not doing it, that’s the first thing they’ve got to overcome. Quit kidding yourself. Keep doing what you’ve been doing … The definition of insanity, right? You’re going to get the same results.
