I’ll tell you, leadership is one of them. Marketing is something that … Hey, I’m a good electrician and I don’t know a whole lot about marketing. Really looking to expand the business. Electrical I see it only going so far. My customers ask me, “Hey do you do A/C? Hey look, I got a plumbing problem, you guys do plumbing?” It’s just like over and over and over and over again. That is something I’m really looking to start, and to be honest with you I think I have an idea, but don’t know where to start.
He really knows how to deliver the message. He’s got a team of people … I mean look at what he’s built, look at his team. Very, very successful. It’s an inspiration. Somebody that’s actually doing it right here, right in front of me, come into his business, show us what he’s got going on. It’s like, “Hey, I am doing it now. Let me show you.”
Millions, I’d say millions. Of course, I mean over a point in time, I mean just think. You go back, go back home, go back, start changing your team, implementing immediately. Let’s say it’s a million dollar company or something, man, 10 years, hey, 20, 30, 40 million. I think it’s, it could be endless.
Don’t even think about it. Go for it, take my word for it, this is huge and it can change your life, your family’s life, your team for goodness sake. Everybody’s counting on you. Do this. I think this is the real deal. Somebody would be crazy not to come up here. I mean just for the 4 days with the value that they’re going to take home is unbelievable. All they got to do is have a commitment and go back and implement it, and yeah, it’s huge. Huge. Do it, do it.
