“Warrior Grenade” Leadership Award Recipient: Rodney Bailey

At CEO Warrior, our focus is to stretch business owners and turn them into leaders, and the very best place to do that is in our exclusive mastermind group, the Warrior Circle.
Warrior Circle members are taught, inspired, and stretched to become better leaders, and they’re given the tools and resources to lead their teams effectively. Warriors are a tight-knit group that help each other succeed.
Recently, the Warrior Circle mastermind was given a month-long leadership challenge. Warriors were given daily instruction and inspiration in the exclusive online Warrior Den, and then Warriors were tasked with small daily challenges that they had to complete.
From learning to make better, faster decisions to being evaluated as a leader; from learning the skills of leadership (such as vision-setting and communication) to learning how leadership can be applied in business and at home… Warriors stepped up and enthusiastically participated in the leadership challenges!
When you work on leadership skills with this much focus, your business (and life!) can’t help but grow, and many of the Warriors who participated reported back the positive benefits they discovered as they pushed themselves for an entire month.
By the end of the month, based on a number of factors, we were proud to award Rodney Bailey, owner of Magothy Electric with the coveted Warrior Grenade award for his active participation and proven progress during the Warrior leadership challenge.
The Warrior Grenade award is awarded each month to the winner of these month-long business-building challenges and competition is fierce among Warriors to participate for the much-sought-after award.
Rodney Bailey proved himself to be a powerful leader and worthy of the Warrior Grenade award by actively participating in the challenges, pushing himself outside of his comfort zone to become a better leader, and leading his business to higher growth thanks to his freshly honed leadership skills.
The CEO Warrior team thanks all Warriors for proving yet again just how powerful they can become when they get laser focused on growing one skill-set, and the CEO Warrior team also congratulates Rodney Bailey for his tireless efforts to push himself farther than ever and learn to be a better leader in his business and life.
