The simplest way to get the answer to know what motivates your employees and what do you think it is? You’re right. Just ask the employees. Send out an anonymous survey, say I just want to learn some things about you, and I want to make it a better place to work so it’s the very best place on the planet, and here’s what I want to know. If I was to motivate you, or what is the motivating things, or the motivating items that it would take to help you be charged up, energized, and excited every day at your company.
