What are we going to be focused on today? Look, you guys have heard me say this before but I'm going to say it again. If you want to get the very best results, you want to fast track things, there's a simple formula; and it ain't reading a book. Because you're going to get some things form the book but, no matter how good the book is written, the book is written for a mass. Right? We've talked about this before; it's written for everybody but it's not written exactly for you, where you are today.
You need to do one thing; you don't need to get a coach because you guys know how I feel about that. It's like, “Yeah, come on. You can do it.” That's like, okay, I don't cheering. You don't need a mentor because a mentor is like, “Come on, watch me but not same place same time. You don't need a consultant because a consultant comes in and says, “I'll do it for you. Let me fish for you; you'll need me forever. I'll love you as a client. You'll never leave anywhere because I'll just keep fishing for you.”
Then there's kind of what I call a transformer. A transformer is a person that comes and helps you do the things we talked about, the skillset, the mindset, the action set. How do I fix my mind and then have the skills, the things I need to do, and then how do I get it done as quick and easy as possible. Now, the best way to do that is you need to find the very best person, who's not only has done it, who knows how to do it over and over and over again. Kind of like Warren Buffett, right? Like we get it. Like if you're going to trade stocks and you could spend a couple days with Warren Buffett, you're probably going to be more successful than if your accountant or CPA tells you, “Yeah, I trade some stocks.” That's a pretty simple concept to get your mind around.
Look, if you want to fast track it, what you need to do is find out who's the very best, who's done it before, who knows how to do this, then you need to say, “Teach me. Teach me what to do tomorrow.” That's the lesson today is find the very best and get them to help you get to where you are to where you want to go. That’s it. That's what I got for you.
May sound like a simple message; it's probably one of the most profound messages for me because that's why I went out and found the marketers, best marketers on the planet. That's why I went out and found people that grew colossal businesses. That's why I went and found the people who do things like how do they create a Disney experience or customer service at Zappos. See, I already went and got all that information and packaged it up and now I know how to deliver it. So I'm the very best at that now.
Because what happens is, if I just … Look, they're a dime a dozen today. There's people popping up all over the internet doing what I do. There's been people before but there's more than people today that are kind of doing this copycat stuff. But here's the thing, a lot of them can show you things in the business but they didn’t consume, digest, and align it with their business that now they can show you here's the piece that you need to do, this is the X factor. If you don't know about X factor, maybe I'll need to do another video on X factor but the X factor is what's going to make you different from everybody else because today it's a very much the same game. It’s the same game in everything.
Why do you think I do these videos? I don't ask you to jump through hoops to get information and knowledge to help you. I hope you just watch videos and make millions of dollars. I'm never going to look for you to jump through hoops. Other people will want you to jump through tons of hoops to get information because they act like they want to help you and they're passionate but you guys know what I'm in line for. I'm creating a movement. That's why I give my time now to do this video and post it for you. Then, if it makes sense and you're aligned with me, the type of person I am, then you'll call me on the phone or you'll just step forward. If you're not, then you'll take this information and you'll apply it and you'll deliver it to your teams. Don't give my video to our team, learn this information; you give it to your team.
