Oh-ho-ho-ho. Yes. Yes. I'm here again. Mike Agugliaro bringing you another fast track business breakthrough. I'm just jacked up because what I want to talk about now is, “How do you live a success lifestyle?” Well, now don't get it wrong. I know a lot of people live the success lifestyle. Right? They're like, “Look at my car.” I've got this fancy car and this fancy truck, and as I'm driving them, I'm so broke-ass, I can't put gas in it. I'm talking about, “How do you live the success lifestyle with the way that you carry yourself?” Right? The way that you're thinking. The way that you're dressing. I love, I love when I talk to a business owner and they're in their shop and they're in jeans and a t-shirt, but they want to collect the highest best price for their services.

They want to compare themselves to the largest companies that show up in a uniform. Their guys are crisp. They got ID badges, American flags, and they're all sharp and focused and friendly, and you're in a t-shirt, ripped jeans, and old boots that you've probably needed a new pair for five years. Is that success? Is that living in the success formula? No, it's not. It's not. You have to look a certain way. Now, I'm not telling you to wear a tux, unless that's what to wear. If that's what makes you feel more successful than yesterday, and it's going to help you get to greater change, then do it.

I'm going to tell you what you wear, how you act, how you clean yourself up, the whole thing about it, your level of energy you come in with, is going to make a difference between success and failure a lot of times. Now, I'm not telling you there's not some job at a hut slob sitting in a corner that's wealthy as can be, smoking a cigar, and collecting money. I'm sure. There's always a prodigy out there or some unique one of some kind. I'm going to tell you that's normally not the formula. I will tell you living this success lifestyle, you don't have to have a decked out Porsche or Lamborghini, but does your car. If your car is clean, you're probably getting clean results.

Some of you are like, “Um, oh man. I wish he hadn't said that. I threw Burger King crap in the back of mine.” No. The way you do anything is the way you do everything. I believe that phrase. I know some people, the people that normally say, “Well that's not true.” I'm like, “Okay.” They have tons of problems. I'm going to tell you like, “If you have a messy car, you've probably got a messy shop.” Right? If you throw your shoes off on the floor, and they're always in a different area, well, you're probably not organized. Right? You're not efficient. If you communicate a certain way with one person, like if you talk to your guys rough, I bet sometimes when you're home you're talking to your kids rough. Right? Because the way you do anything is the way you do everything.

If we could change that to the way I do everything is the most successful way. I will tell you one of the simplest things that I do that I love is, I don't have it in here now, but I have a pen, a couple of pens I write with. I love to write with a pen. Now, I don't buy these LeBlanc's or whatever pens. They're like $500, even though that would be cool. Maybe I should go buy one now. I'll buy a pen that's $30, $40, $50. Something that looks cool, feels good, and everything I write with that, as soon as I pick it up, it's like success, success, success. Everything that I write is success. Everything I write is success. Just the fact of having that pen is putting me in that success lifestyle. Right? Even if I have a truck with some rust on it. If it's washed and clean I get in it. I have a sense of pride and success.

Here's what I want you to do. Just think right now, “What are the behaviors, the actions, the things you're doing, the way you dress, the way you look, the language you speak, what are the things you're doing right now that you know is not a formula for success.” You would not go to your kid and say, “Look, show up today looking like a slob, talking like a slob, acting like a slob.” You probably definitely wouldn't tell your kids that. You would tell them what? Hold your chest up. Speak clear. Have eye contact. Be willing to grow everyday. Yeah, a lot of times what we do as parents and fathers, and it's a great gut check for me too. Hey, I'm always checking myself for when I'm giving my son, or I'm driving him somewhere, or my daughter, and I'm telling them something, I always gut check and like, “OK, wait a minute.”

Are you following the same insight and advice you're giving. I don't try to curve my success insight and say, “Well, you know what? I won't say that because I'm not doing it.” I said, “Look, this isn't the best practice. I don't do it. I got to get better. I'll tell you what. I'm going to teach you, but please hold me accountable.” Because the thing is, today, we're like we run. We want to hold our employees accountable to their success formula, but we don't want to hold ourselves accountable. We don't want anybody else. Oh, no, no, no. Like, “Mike, don't tell me. I don't want you to tell me.” It's like, “Uh, sometimes you got let that ego down, and you have to be willing to other people to point out when your behavior is.”

I had to do a lot of that. When I came in the shop in the morning, when you're talking 15 years gone, like, “Load it up. Get in the truck. We're out of here in 15.” Yeah. That was only serving me so much until I said, “You know what guys. That's not how I want to behave. So do me a favor. When I'm like that, maybe say key words. Say something just to bring me down a little bit.” Today's about the success formula. I want you to just map out some changes right now. That's your action list for today. I want you to know, every video you're looking to take action. Right? Just do one little thing. Build your success action. What is a couple of behaviors, habits, things you're going to do, you're going to change today. I'm Mike Agugliaro. I'm wish you a better than successful day. Today and everyday I want to help you get massive wealth, tons of freedom. Market domination. Have a better and great day.
